I've been quiet and not doing much to balance my day to day "now" life besides bringing a new life into the world, which honestly, means much more balance in the future. In the meantime I'm finding myself napping lots. For the first trimester my energy went into keeping the little bean growing and healthy, giving my all in thought and spirit. I am coming up to the second trimester and feeling my heart again reaching out instead of within.
